The holiday rental apartment is situated in a quiet gated community overlooking the golf course and the large communal pool is less than a minutes walk. The nearby villages of Algorfa and Los Montesinos provide you with the all the usual amenities including Banks, Pharmacies, shops and restaurants to satisfy all tastes. Guardamar del Segura provides the nearest and probably one of the most beautiful beaches along the Costa Blanca. A fifteen minute drive away it has endless golden sand which stretches out along the natural pine forests either side of the town. This resort also has many fantastic restaurants and good shopping particularly for shoes manufactured nearby. La Mata is a smaller and more sheltered beach just along from Guardamar, towards Torrevieja.If it's golf you want, La Finca is a 6032 yard championship course built around the original olive trees with stunning water features including lakes, waterfalls and streams. It also has a driving range, putting green and a professional available for lessons. Carts and clubs are available to hire.

There are numerous courses within 30 minutes drive including, El Plantio, Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Bonalba, Real Campoamor and of course La Finca, and is only about an hour from the world famous La Manga Golf Resort at the southern end of the Costa Blanca.

The small but quaint village of Algorfa is approximately a 25 minute walk away and the slightly larger town of Los Montesinos less than ten minutes drive. For more hustle and bustle Torrevieja with its surrounding beaches, harbour, theme parks, entertainment and countless shops and restaurants is 15 minutes drive away. The salt lakes and national park areas popular with walkers and cyclists are a 10 minute drive from the apartment.
